Day One - Mindful Eating

Today I noticed that I felt hungry right after lunch. I had eaten a pork chop, some quinoa with veggies and an orange. I also drank a Lemon La Croix with my meal. Was I physically hungry or brain hungry?  I drank some water and took a walk to use the restroom. I came back and was not hungry anymore.

I needed a drink of water and a break.

Level of Difficulty - 4
The anxiety was based around the fact that I did not bring anymore food with me - so if I was actually physically hungry - WHAT WOULD I EAT?

The walk calmed me down and reminded me that I have food at home that I can eat.
